BA Creative is an interior design studio founded by a love for design and helping people create spaces that reflect their personality. We believe homes should be a space where people feel like their best self and tell a story about the people who live there, so it’s important to us that we build a relationship with our clients and listen carefully to their needs. This philosophy helps us translate asks into thoughtful, personal and curated designs that are both functional and beautiful.  

We work within a wide range of styles, but aim for our designs to feel practical and timeless, rather than driven by trends. Our goal is to keep the design process lighthearted and focused on what clients need on an emotional level, while also gently helping them out of their comfort zone.

Project phases include: Concept Design, Design Development, Approvals, Construction Documentation, Construction Management and Furniture and Furnishing Selections. Our process is finished with final styling and placements before we handover so all you need to do is turn a key and enjoy.

Britt Hixenbaugh has a high regard for thoughtful spaces. Adding details that enhance the space without dominating them and seeking inspiration from unusual resources.

Britt’s approach to interior design is literally hands-on given her background in staging and styling along with her ongoing love for currating custom furniture. Following her interior design studies she has been working within the design industry for 5 years managing projects anywhere from high-end residential to commercial.

Britt’s love for adventure creates her aesthetic in modern yet playful ways with a focus on mixing eras and styles.
